¿µ¹®³»¿ë (English Abstract) |
The photovoltaic connection module is a device that connects the voltage generated from the solar cell to the inverter and blocks the reverse voltage from the inverter to the solar cell. Power diodes are used to block the reverse voltage from the inverter to the solar cell. The heat generation of the power diode is the main cause of the fire of the photovoltaic connection module. In this paper, we propose a new method to prevent fire by predicting the temperature of the power diode. |
